How long does UGC production take?

14-21 days from brief approval to delivery on Starter and Growth plans. 7-10 days rush turnaround available on Scale plan. For ad-fatigue refreshes on existing campaigns we can deliver a single hook variant in 5-7 days against an active retainer.

Do I need to provide a shot list?

How many revisions are included?

Do you ship products to creators?

Yes. You ship product samples to The UGC Agency HQ in Kolkata (or directly to creators if preferred). Creators receive samples 5-7 days before shoot for fit/use familiarisation.

What if a video doesn't perform well in ads?

We track performance weekly on Scale plan and monthly on Growth. For ad variants that underperform, we produce replacement hook variants free under the monthly plan. Persistent underperformance triggers a strategy reset call.

Do you handle ad-account uploads?

Yes. We upload deliverables directly to your Meta Ads Manager (or YouTube, Amazon, Flipkart, LinkedIn) with proper naming conventions, aspect-ratio variants, and asset tags. Saves 2-4 hours per shoot day.
