How is UGC different from influencer marketing?
With UGC, you own the content and use it in your paid ads. Influencer marketing uses the creator's audience for organic reach. UGC gives you full commercial rights and unlimited ad usage.
What types of UGC videos do you create?
Ad creatives, product demos, testimonials, unboxing videos, how-to tutorials, before/after content, lifestyle integrations, and more, all optimized for Meta, Google, and social platforms.
Do you work with brands outside India?
Currently we primarily serve Indian brands, but we're expanding. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
How much does UGC cost?
Every plan delivers 6 videos × 3 hooks = 18 videos a month. Starter is ₹60,000 (shot on iPhone), Growth is ₹1,20,000 (2 premium creators per set, latest iPhone Pro Max), and Scale is ₹2,40,000 (DSLR, cinematic, actor-led). Plans differ by production quality and strategy depth, not video count.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The plan price includes scripts, production, editing, and full commercial usage rights. Product shipping to creators is the only additional cost.
Can I get a custom plan?
Yes! Contact us for custom packages tailored to your specific needs, volume requirements, or ongoing retainer arrangements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), and international payments. 50% advance is required to start production.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer revisions to ensure satisfaction. If you're unhappy after revisions, we'll work with you to find a solution. See our terms for full refund policy.
How does the process work?
We're research-first: 1) Research & concept, audience and competitor research plus concepts you sign off on; 2) Script & creator match, scripts (3 hooks each) and creator profiles we send you to approve; 3) Production once you've approved; 4) Delivery with full usage rights. You approve every stage.
How long does production take?
Typical turnaround is 3-4 weeks from brief approval to final delivery.
How many revisions do I get?
Starter: 1 revision/video. Growth: 2 revisions/video. Scale: unlimited revisions. Additional revisions can be purchased separately.
Do I need to ship products to creators?
Yes, you'll ship products directly to assigned creators. We provide shipping addresses and coordinate logistics. This ensures authentic, hands-on content.
How do you match creators to my brand?
We consider your target audience, brand voice, industry, and campaign goals, then hand-pick the best-fit creators from our 500+ vetted network for every plan, then send you their profiles to approve before the shoot. Growth plans use premium creators, and Scale plans use actor-led DSLR production.
Do I own the content?
Yes, all plans include full commercial usage rights. You can use the content across all your marketing channels, paid ads, social media, website, email, with no time limits.
Can I use UGC content on all platforms?
Absolutely. You get full rights to use content on Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google Ads, YouTube, your website, email campaigns, and any other marketing channel.
What about creator exclusivity?
Standard plans don't include exclusivity. For exclusive creator arrangements (where the creator won't work with competitors), contact us for custom pricing.
Can I edit or modify the delivered content?
Yes, you have full rights to edit, crop, add text overlays, combine clips, or modify the content in any way for your marketing needs.
Do you handle content whitelisting?
We can facilitate creator whitelisting (running ads from the creator's social account) on Growth and Scale plans. This typically improves ad performance.
